Restaurant & cuisine
An authentic Mediterranean cuisine is served at the restaurant of the Hotel Terme Gran Paradiso, in an elegant, beautiful and bright setting. In addition to the very large indoor rooms, the restaurant has some tables also in the panoramic terrace and in the garden, where eating becomes a true experience of taste and well-being.
Menu & tradition
The dishes listed on the menu are all prepared daily based on the availability of fresh produce. All meals are prepared with Italian, genuine and seasonal products, according to the canons of true Ischian culinary tradition, with the goal of giving total gratification of the senses.
An island...of farmers
Among our chef's proposals, you cannot miss our typical dish: Ischia-style Fossa rabbit. As per tradition, it was and is cooked in the typical terracotta "Tiano" (a terracotta pot) obtaining a thick, tasty and meaty sauce with which the first course is seasoned as well. A delicacy of the islanders definitely worth trying!
Snack bar
A small collection of fresh and seasonal dishes delights the lunch break, accompanied by the colors and sounds of the sea in the panoramic setting of our terrace overlooking the sea. A moment of food and wine relaxation in the middle of the day.
Dinner
A rich buffet of appetizers, vegetables and wholesome products opens the dance at each meal. Next, guests have the opportunity to select from the fine meat and fish menu the dishes they like best. Each menu includes 3 first courses and 3 second courses, all served at the table. To finish, homemade desserts and fresh fruit galore!
In-house bakery & breakfast
Breakfast is full of sweet delights and savory specialties which are a treat for the eyes as well. Our bakery prepares a fresh continental buffet which overlooks the bay. Start the day off right with homemade cakes, fragrant croissants and many other delicacies, as well as savory alternatives such as eggs, bacon, cold cuts and cheeses...all to be enjoyed with a good cup of freshly ground coffee.
